Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, and a true business partner, you will put your expertise in recruitment processes at the service of our managers.
- Lead a team of HR generalists
- Animate the recruitment process: you interact with managers during briefs to understand their needs; you collect ads that make you want to join and that allow candidates to project themselves into the job;
- You approach profiles on social networks or platforms
- you will conduct recruitment interviews in partnership with the Hirings Managers; you present the salary proposals to the selected candidates and also carry out the negotiation if necessary; you specify regular reporting of your recruitment activity, and you find new ways to make the team effective.
- you will give feedback to all profiles explaining the reasons why the recruitment process continues or stops.
you will advise the Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process; you work hand in hand with generalist HR teams - you participate in various internal and external events, as well as meetups to designate the company and meet potentially susceptible profiles
