The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts and client files, conducting AML/KYC due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. In addition, they will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of wealth management. Job requirements
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations, including SEC, FINRA, and IRS rules
- Experience with wealth management software, such as portfolio management or CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to conduct AML/KYC due diligence and manage related documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
- Strong work ethic and commitment to high standards of professionalism and ethical behavior
